Our day retreats offer yoga, meditation, massage and mindfulness that will help assist with stress management, mobility, flexibility, gut health, emotional intelligence and happiness.

Your day includes:
- Start the day with a 1 hour yoga class to stretch, unwind and awaken your inner-being.
- For morning tea, enjoy delicious healthy organic chocolate balls that you’ll learn to make in a cooking demonstration during lunch.
- Lunch will be seasonal, locally sourced and wholesome foods (food allergies catered for, please advise at time of booking).
- Meet with experienced therapists, click here for a list of therapies.
- You’ll enjoy a relaxing head, neck and shoulder massage.
- Relieve tired feet and legs whilst stimulating blood flow with a heavenly Shiatsu Foot massage.
- During lunch a cooking demonstration will be held where you can learn how to cook healthy snacks.
- Be guided to develop and deepen your breath through our pranayama session in the afternoon.
- Finish the day with a healing Tibetan singing bowl meditation session (restore the normal vibratory frequencies of the mind, body and soul in this session).
- The techniques you will learn will help you to integrate these into your daily life to help with reducing stress, overcoming blockages and help you cultivate peace of mind and happiness.
- Each retreat is different from the previous retreat and with different therapies available.
- The retreat begins at 8.45am and finishes at 3.30pm (please arrive at 8.30am for registration).
