Personal training consists of one on one coaching from a certified personal fitness trainer… this trainer teaches you, motivates you, and gets you to work consistently to a personalised, detailed fitness and nutrition plan which the trainer develops for you based on you and your goals.
Personal training is the most effective method of achieving your health, fitness, and/or weight loss goals as it utilizes the most effective exercise and nutrition strategies while at the same time ensures you continuously are making progress towards your goals.

4) Will you give me a program to follow when I’m not with a trainer?
Absolutely! Your trainer will design a safe and progressive program for you to follow when you are not training with us. This will be personalised to each client.

5) What kind of results can I expect?
90 days is the ideal time to see considerable changes. Most of our clients see results sooner, however aim for a 90 day period and you won’t set yourself up to be disappointed. Remember this MUST be a lifestyle change, not a quick-weight-loss-scheme. If you want lasting results, a better quality of life – for the rest of your life, then take the long term picture and make this a part of who you are. 8) How are the personal training services you provide different from others?
Most Personal Trainers will offer motivation, but do they have proven techniques and strategies relevant to get YOUR Body the results You desire? There is No “one program fits all” solution and by understanding that EVERY BODY is different and requires specialised, personal attention, will ensure your results come faster. We take a holistic approach to ensure your success and hold you accountable every step of the way!

9) Do I need an appointment?

10) What are your operating hours?

  • We are open 5am till 9pm Monday – Thursday,
  • 5am till 8pm Fridays
  • And Saturdays from 6am -12pm

11) I travel a lot can I reschedule or change my appointments?
Many of our clients travel regularly so we know you may need to reschedule appointments. As long as we receive notice 12 hours before your session, we can reschedule the session without charge.

12) Is group training available?
Yes, Group Training will generally consist of 6-12 people in the session and we hold the sessions at the inspiring Suncorp Stadium. Sessions are fun, motivating and start from just $29 per week!

13) How do I know which program is right for me?
It all depends on what goals you are looking to achieve and how fast you would like them! The best thing to do is schedule a complimentary consultation so can discuss with your trainer where you are now, were you want to be and map out an action plan to get you there asap. 14) How much experience with exercise do you have and how much do you really know?
Paddington PT trainers have at least 3 year’s experience, they live and breathe health and fitness and are continually up skilled in a variety of areas including;

  • Injury prevention
  • Optimal fat loss techniques
  • Strength building (core and all over)
  • Rehabilitation and injury management
  • Massage therapy

We don’t hire kids straight out of 4-6 week short courses. We hire experienced trainers and then take them to next level to ensure your training is of the highest standard in the industry.

15) Do you offer payment plans?

16) Are all of your personal trainers certified? Insured?
Yes, all of our personal trainers hold multiple certifications, and/or degrees, we carry a comprehensive insurance policy, and we have both male and female personal trainers available.

17) Can I train with a friend or family Member?
Yes! We offer 2-on-1 sessions which you can share with a friend or family member and you both pay ½ the price! These are great motivating sessions that get you the quality time with your partner/friend/family member whilst you get fit and healthy!

18) How do I get started?
Our 1-1 training programs begin with a complete postural appraisal. Here we analyse your body’s positioning and ranges of motion helping us to determine your strengths and weaknesses so we can formulate a progressive training regime.
