These classes specialise in helping new mums to regain that pre-pregnancy body. This is done with resistance workouts with specific Pelvic floor strengthening exercises to get that stubborn baby fat off, all whilst bonding with your baby! Jump in now to get FIT while having a FUN social workout experience with other Mums!

Sessions are held every week at Neal Macrossan Playground Park (just behind Ithaca Pool!) in Paddington.

Sessions start at 9:30am (Monday, Wednesday & Friday’s) and your FIRST CLASS IS FREE!

Tag & Toddler (18 months – 5 years)

These classes specialise in helping mums to regain that pre-pregnancy body, while helping to take the stress out of looking after their kids. This is done with half of the group of mums going through a muscle toning, fat burning workout, while the other half are looking after the children. At half time, the groups swap! Jump in now to get FIT while having a FUN social workout experience with other Mums!

Sessions are held every week at Neal Macrossan Playground Park (just behind Ithaca Pool!) in Paddington. Sessions start at 10:30am (Monday, Wednesday & Friday’s) and your FIRST CLASS IS FREE! 

These classes are suitable for ALL Fitness Levels, and consist of Fitness & Strength Building exercises that will be something different every time!
