Classes range from our famous Fat Burner for fast weight loss, build rock hard abs with CoreFit, and increase your cardio fitness and weight loss with Boxercise. Our Indoor Body Tone is a small group personal training session using our state of the art equipment and experienced PT’s. Finally our Saturday morning HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class is sure to get the blood pumping!
